New to the Community
Welcome to Woodland Heights!
The WoodlandHeights Community Association (TWHCA) was incorporated in 2004 to represent and advocate for the interests of homeowners, to promote responsible use of the Nature Sanctuary, to continue to enhance the beauty of the development and to encourage a sense of neighbourhood.
The Association is managed by an elected Board of Directors and several committees that engage in areas of member concern and interest.

Committees of the Association

Community Enhancement Committee
Coordinates the annual spring clean-up, builds and maintains corner gardens, and works to improve streets-capes and other beautification projects that might arise.

Propane Buying Group
Annually negotiates the community buying group liquid propane agreement. The buying group has included other local lake/community associations in our propane agreement, which is acknowledged as being among the most competitive propane programs in Muskoka. Social
Promotes & organizes a number of social activities throughout the year, such as a Christmas party, a bowling evening, and a fall golf and dinner event. The committee members are always looking for new ideas.

Roads
Works with the Town of Huntsville to identify and rectify road-related services: maintenance, snow ploughing, etc.

Other Activities
Newcomers welcoming , the Deerhurst Working Group, and working with other associations.
